Found in "Theory of the Dérive" by Guy Debord in 1956, dérive is defined as a journey where people "let themselves be drawn by the attractions of the terrain and the encounters they find there". This cafe & bakery is a place where people drift towards, relax, and enjoy themselves in a rustic and inviting atmosphere.
