Basic Form Six:

1. Crease a square piece of paper as shown.
2. Fold diagonally.
3. Pull up the right half of triangle, open, and flatten down the diamond shape.
4. Fold left half of diamond to the right.
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 on left half of triangle.
