Installing the Device

  1. Follow the procedures from the getting start page.
  2. Open the computer case and locate the RAM ports. There will be writing on the motherboard that reads Dimm1 and Dimm2
  3. Take hold of the RAM as demonstrated in the image to the right and match up the RAM to the Dimm port.
  4. Push lightly until the RAM snaps into the Dimm port
  5. If you are installing more than one stick of RAM make sure you place the RAM in the same color Dimm port
  6. Turn on the computer and check your control panel to make sure the RAM is being read correctly
